Romania Industrial & Logistics Market Snapshot Q1 2023

- A total of 311,000 sq m of industrial and logistics spaces were leased in Romania during the first three months of the year, value with 20% higher compared with the same period of 2022, a record year in terms of leasing activity.
- Modern industrial stock in Romania reached at the end of Q1 2023 at 6.86 mln. sq m, half of the area being located in Bucharest and its proximities.
- From the beginning of the year, the commercial terms of the industrial & logistics premises slightly changed, and the prime rent in Bucharest increased by 0.15 EUR, reaching 4.25 EUR / sq m / month.
