CBRE Research Romania surveyed employees in September 2023 to better understand the perception of employees from different domains of activity concerning work from home versus work from the office.
The special twist of this report is the analysis of the results considering the age category of respondents, envisioned as ambassadors of their generations.
The survey covered the vision of employees from nine different fields such as IT, Transport, Administration, Medical, Professional Services, Real estate, BPO, FMCG, Banking, HoReCa plus Others.
In an attempt to better understand what it takes for employees to return to office, we analyzed their working week patterns, what they would improve and what matters most for their well-being in and out of the office. We spiced the survey’s outcomes by analysing the answers considering the four working generations and results unveiled the generational hiatus
