Romania Industrial Figures Q1 2026

Romania's industrial and logistics sector opened 2026 with strong momentum. Total leasing activity reached 235,500 sq m in Q1,  with take-up of 144,300 sq m driven notably by pre-lease transactions.

On the supply side, 84,200 sq m was delivered across four parks, bringing total modern stock to approximately 8.25 million sq m. The pipeline signals further acceleration: around 555,000 sq m is forecast for full-year 2026 delivery.

Activity extended beyond Bucharest, with leasing recorded across four of Romania's five industrial regions. Infrastructure improvements are unlocking new logistics nodes along the A0 and A7 highway networks, pointing to broader geographic diversification ahead.
