Investment activity concluded in the last quarter of 2023 in the CEE showed a downward trend compared with the similar period of the previous three years.

 

The average ticket transacted in CEE decreased from EUR 30 mln. in Q4 2022 to EUR 22 mln. In Q4 2023, transaction volume dropped by 48% compared with the same period of the previous year.

 

During 2023, 6.7B EUR were transacted in the CEE; the primary source of capital in 2023 was investors from CEE, with a share of 59%.
