The Prague office market grew by 90,100 sq m in Q4 2019 and currently stands at 3.67 mln sq m of modern office space. Five new office buildings and one refurbished building were delivered to the market. The total amount of space under construction was about 246,700 sq m. Take up reached almost 87,400 sq m, which was 38% more than the previous quarter. Total leasing activity in Q4 2019 was 147,400 sq m. Renegotiations in Q4 2019 accounted for 40.7% of total leasing activity, followed by new leases (30.7%). Prime rent stood between 22.50 and 23.00 €/sq m/month.
