The stock of class A/A+ corporate space recorded 723,000 sq. m. at the end of Q4 2020, with a 10.5% increase over the stock reported at the end of 2019.
In Q4 2020, the vacancy rate closed at 23.8% with 172,000 sq. m. vacant, compared to Q4 2019 when vacancy closed at 19.3% (126,000 sq. m.) On the other hand, with 66,400 sq. m. at the end of 2020, the new supply was 28% over what was added in 2019.
The construction indicator recorded a slowdown over the previous quarter, driven by the completion of new supply. The construction indicator at the end of 2020 closed with 78,000 sq. m.
