Local players are also making an impact with Brewers Hill Hub which opened at 3600 O’Donnell Street for 23,000 sq. ft. during Q1.

In Towson, Greenberg Gibbons’ Towson Row development broke ground in Q2 and will include 1.2 million sq. ft. of commercial and residential development.
