Acquisition of Israeli affiliate, MAN Properties

CBRE are delighted to announce that we have acquired our Israeli affiliate MAN Properties, a firm of leading real estate consultants based in Tel Aviv.
 
We have enjoyed a successful relationship with MAN Properties over many years and this acquisition will consolidate our presence in an important growth market with strong active requirements from international investors and corporate occupiers.

MAN Properties employs 28 staff and is led by joint owners and managers Jacky Mukmel and Chaim Agi. Based in Tel Aviv, MAN Properties, provides capital markets and leasing services in the office, technology and retail sectors and serves CBRE’s international corporate clients with regional mandates.
 
Israel is a fast-growing economy with GDP expected to increase at c:4% per annum in the next ten years. The commercial real estate market is experiencing significant growth fuelled in part by strong growth of the Financial Services and Technology sectors, which together account for approximately one third of total Israeli GDP.
 
MAN Properties has an exceptional reputation and this acquisition will allow us to expand our service offering for clients, many of whom are targeting Israel for its exciting growth potential. This acquisition will also enable us to strengthen our relationships with Israeli investors who are actively targeting overseas markets including the US, UK and Germany.
