The Romanian team has a strong presence on this segment working with major investment funds such as DEGI (the investment arm of Allianz who acquired 3 office buildings and a retail development in Bucharest) or Fabian (who worked with us on a deal of 84 million Euros acquiring 2 office centers in North Bucharest).
